Easy and fast salads that you have to try.

There’s nothing better than to eat a healthy delicious meal without working too hard to make it.

Cucumber and chickpea salad.

1. Grab a large cucumber and cut it into circles or however you like.

2. Grab a can of chickpeas and rinse throughly before putting in a bowl.

3. Put cucumber pieces an chickpeas in a bowl and mix.

4. Choose a lettuce of your choice and some spinach. wash throughly before eating. Add some green beans in there too for more flavor!

5. Now that everything is rinsed throughly and in a bowl add the dressing. You can make or buy your own dressing, I personally like to make my own with avocado, lime juice, tablespoon of mayonnaise and a teaspoon of mustard and then I like to add some powdered garlic, chopped chives and cilantro. all done!

A green salad.

1. Cook or buy a can of green beans and peas, you will also need some avocados.

2. Get your lettuce, spinach, kale, green beans, peas and avocado ready in a bowl.

3. For the dressing all you will need is some olive oil, apple cider vinegar or lime juice and some salt. All done!

Pasta salad.

1. Choose a pasta of your choice.

2. Grab a pot and add water half way and add one tablespoon of salt and mix.

3. Put pot on stove and set the heat on high and wait for the water to boil.

4. Now the water is boiling add the pasta and cook for 10-15 minutes then drain the water.

5. Let pasta cool down and mean while cut up your vegetables.

6. Your going to need two medium tomatoes, one medium onion, one bell pepper and some cilantro. If you’d like you can defrost mixed frozen vegetables and add to the salad.

7. Once pasta is cooled down put pasta in a bowl and mix your vegetables and pasta together and add the condiments.

8. For the condiments you will need powdered garlic, chopped hives, parsley, paprika, salt, apple cider vinegar, tablespoon mayonnaise and tablespoon of mustard. All done!

Healthy Weeknight Meals

Cooking can sometimes feel like a chore at the end of a busy day. It’s often tempting to throw a ready meal in the oven or call for take out. But preparing a simple and healthy family meal doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming. Here are some quick wholesome dishes that you and your family will love. They can even be prepared in advance.

1. Vegan chickpea tuna.

1. you will need a can of chickpeas or freshly cooked chickpeas.

2. then smash the chickpeas until they become a paste.

3. Place smashed chickpeas in a bowl or plate and add a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of mustard, some salt cilantro, chopped hives, paprika, parsley and powdered garlic.

4. Toast two pieces of bread and some butter and then add your chickpea mix and enjoy! You can also use flour tortillas if you’d like.

2.Quinoa and vegetables.

1. Grab one cup of quinoa and rinse throughly 3-4 times.

2. Once quinoa is rinse grab a pot and add two cups of water, place heat on high and pour in the quinoa.

3. Cook quinoa for 15-20 minutes until soft. After 8 minutes place heat on medium and let it finish cooking.

4. While quinoa is cooking cook your vegetables and make a sauce to go along with your quinoa.

5. For the sauce you will need two medium tomatoes, one small onion, one bell pepper, powdered garlic, cilantro-and green onions. Cut everything into small pieces and put into a pot.

6. Once your ingredients for the sauce are ready to go add half a cup of water, a cup of tomato paste and a cup of tomato sauce and a tablespoon of salt. Don’t worry if it seems too salty it will even out with the quinoa.

7. Too cook the sauce set heat on medium and let it cook 8-10 minutes.

8. Once quinoa and sauce are cooked mix quinoa and sauce together and all done!

3. Quinoa salad.

This quinoa salad is supper easy and yummy it’s one of my favorites.

5. You will need two large tomatoes, two medium onions, powdered garlic, apple cider vinegar, cilantro, green onions, one bell pepper, parsley, paprika and salt.
